Used Car In-House Financing Requirements

Required Documents and Checklist

  • Residence: Austin surrounding area or other cities(with a higher down payment). Bring the following: lease contract, utility bills. If no lease or utility bills are available, mailed bank statements, recent official mail, older W-2s, and tax returns might be accepted with a higher down payment.
  • Job: W-2 or Tax Return for the past 2 years, 4 recent check stubs with qualifying income, 2 recent bank statements. If self-employed: 4 bank statements + 2 years tax returns(or 1099s for 2 years with qualifying income). IF you receive Social Security Income or Award letter income need over $2,000 monthly income with 2 years of bank deposit history plus a lease agreement, utility bills call for terms.
  • TX License, Other states or countries OK, call for terms.
  • Down Payment in Cash or Credit Card, under the person is present only.
  • Insurance: Standard Comprehensive collision coverage, 500 deductible required, same day with a dealer listed as a lien holder.
  • Down Payment advertised is based on all finance requirements being met.
